Click on the blue Admin link in the top-right corner of the screen.

Then click Training>>Certificate Tracking. Select a previously made certificate, or complete the process of adding a new one.

On the following screen, there will be a dropdown menu underneath Online Course Connection. Select the course that the certificate is related to. This will now link the ticket with one of our courses.

For example, a worker takes TDG. Workhub will now upload a copy of the certificate once they complete the course and vice versa. If a certificate is uploaded, the course will be marked as not required as it was previously completed somewhere else.
