Does your dashboard show you have some outstanding Safety Meetings? I'll show you how to review & acknowledge past meetings, and even create one if you are lucky enough to have the ability to do so!

To get started, select the Safety Meetings tile from your Dashboard

This will open up a list of meetings that are assigned to you. You can see the status, when they are next due, and the date and time that they are scheduled for, along with a calendar icon which will download an .ics file you can use to create a reminder on your mobile device.

You may also be able to see a button to View, and if a meeting hasn't been scheduled you may see a button here which says Create. This means that you have the ability to create the meeting itself. This permission is given by your safety team so these buttons might not be visible for you. Clicking on the calendar icon here, will download an .ics file which you can import into your preferred calendar app like iCal, or Samsung Calendar.

How do I review or acknowledge a safety meeting?

If a meeting was completed and you were not present, you may be required to review and acknowledge the meeting.

On the Required tab, you will see a little notification to show you how many meetings you have to review. Selecting this tab will show you a list of all the meetings that you are required to attend. Clicking on a meeting from the list will bring up the Safety Meeting Overview tab. This page will show you the meeting details, any linked documents and the meeting notes. Once you have reviewed the details, you can click the Acknowledge Safety Meeting button in the top right corner.

Awesome, you have now acknowledged a safety meeting!
