How to Login to Workhub

The first step in getting started with Workhub as a Worker

It's a simple process to login to your Workhub account!

To get started, you can go to www.workhub.com and click the Sign In button in the top right corner of the screen.

If you would like to get to the login screen faster, you can also go to the Login page directly at app.workhub.com.

On the Login page, you can select if you would like to Login by Email or Login by Name. Both methods will get you in, so choose whichever one works better for you.

Login by Email

To login by email, enter your email address in the Email field.

After entering your email address, click the Next button.

It is possible to have more than one profile with Workhub if you work with multiple companies. The next screen might look different depending on if you have multiple profiles.

If you only have one Workhub profile

If you have just one profile with Workhub, after clicking Next your screen should look something like this:

If your organization has a logo, it should appear at the top of the box. The screen will also display the email address that you entered into the Email line.

You need to enter the Password for your profile in the Password field. If you need to see your password to ensure you have entered it properly, click the Eye symbol to show what you have entered.

Passwords are case sensitive, so if you have used both uppercase and lowercase letters, please be sure to enter them correctly.

After entering your password, you can click Login.

If you have more than one Workhub profile

If you have profiles with more than one organization on Workhub, the second screen will look a little different for you. After entering your email address on the first page, you will see an additional option to select your Company. You can click that dropdown and choose the correct company from the list that you want to login with.

After selecting the company you want to login with, enter your Password in the Password field.

Passwords are case sensitive, so if you have used both uppercase and lowercase letters, please be sure to enter them correctly.

Passwords are also company specific, so be sure to enter the correct password for your profile based on which organization you choose!

With your password in place, click Login to access your profile.

Different Email

If you mistakenly entered the incorrect email address (it happens to the best of us!), you can click the Different Email button. This will take you back to re-enter your email address.

Forgot password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click the Forgot Password option in the bottom left corner to reset your password. You need to enter your email address in the pop-up that appears, then click Send. You should receive an email from Workhub shortly to reset your password.

If you still have issues or if you do not have access to the email address associated with your profile, please click the orange question mark bubble in the bottom left corner of the screen to reach out to our Support team. You can also email us at [email protected] for assistance.


Login by Name

To login by name, click the Login by Name tab on the login screen.

In the page, you need to fill out a few fields. The fields with a red asterisk* are required to login. Those fields include:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company

  • Password

You can also optionally include a middle name or initial to log in.

If there are multiple people in your organization with the same name, your Admin may have included a middle name or initial for you. If you are unsure if you need to enter a middle initial, please reach out to your Admin!

Type your first and last names in their respective fields.

For the Company field, begin typing the name of your organization. Workhub will volunteer accounts for you to select from. When you see your organization appear, click or tap on it to select it.

After selecting your company, enter your password in the Password field. If you need to see your password to ensure you have entered it properly, click the Eye symbol to show what you have entered.

Different Email

Troubleshooting Login Issues

As with any login, there can be trouble if things aren't entered completely accurately (whether that's you or an administrator for your organization).


Some common login issues you may run into could include the following:

Couldn't find your Workhub account:

  • This could mean that your email address or name wasn't entered correctly, either when you tried to login or when it was entered by an administrator in your profile. To try resolving this, you can:

    • Double-check the spelling for your email address or name

    • Double-check the organization you are logging in with to ensure it is correct

  • This could also mean that your profile with your organization was deactivated by an admin. You can:

    • Verify with your organization's admin whether you should be able to access the profile

    • contact our Support team to double check if your profile is still active in the system

No one at Workhub will deactivate your profile without an explicit request from an administrator of an account. If your profile has been deactivated, it would be the result of administrator action or a request submitted to our Support team by an admin.

Company isn't listed in the Company list:

  • This could mean the Company does not exist how you have tried to type it in. You can try:

    • Removing and entering the name of the organization again

    • Try different spellings of the organization name

      • Eg. Five Hats Transport could be FiveHats or 5Hats

  • This could also mean the account has been deactivated altogether. You can also try:

    • Reaching out to your admin to verify if the organization's account is still Active within Workhub

    • Reach out to our Support team to check if the company is active and how the name appears in the system

Company listed is incorrect:

  • This could mean that you have information saved for a previous or different profile under your name. If you previously used Workhub and your browser has saved your information, it may auto-populate when you visit the page! That can include your chosen Company and may include your password. To remove that information, you can try:

    • Clearing your browser cache - you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the menu needed to clear your cache.

      • You can also use this guide if you need steps to clear your cache.

    • Try a different browser or an Incognito browser window

      • Using a different browser or an Incognito window reduces the chance of your data having been cached and then loaded when you try to login!

Password doesn't match:

  • This can occur if the password you entered isn't a match for what we have in the database, and often is the result of something simple like having your caps lock on or having missed a character.

    • You can see what you've entered by clicking the eye symbol to reveal the password you've typed. Check that it's correct.

  • Choosing Reset My Password will send an email to the address for your account with prompts to create a new password to log in with.

Reset My Password email doesn't arrive:

  • If you aren't receiving the Password Reset email you've requested from the Reset My Password option, it could be that the email address for your Workhub account is different from the one you've entered.

    • The email may have been flagged as spam by your email provider. Check your Spam and Trash folders to see if it was directed away from the main inbox.

    • You can try entering a different email address in the email field and trying to send the password reset email again

      • You will need to have access to the email address you enter so be sure it's one you can use!

    • Sometimes emails being sent out by Workhub will bounce (they won't be accepted by the email provider). If you expected an email, you can check with our Support team if the email bounced. They can usually clear up any issue and can help reset your password or create a temporary one for you to use.
