How do I log in to Workhub?
Updated over a week ago

Now that your Workhub account has been set up, you'll want to login to your account to begin reaching 100% compliance. You'll want to go to app.workhub.com on your device, or go to workhub.com and click Sign In in the top right corner.

On our Login page, you'll have the option to login by your email address or by your name.

Logging in by Email

There are three fields necessary if you're logging in by email:

  1. Email: your email address goes in the Email field on the first screen. Once you've entered it, hit Next.

  2. Company: the organization you're working for goes in the Company field on the second screen. Click into the field, start typing the name of your company, and then click the correct option from the suggestions that appear for the field.

If you have multiple companies associated with your account, you can easily switch between them. Simply click the dropdown arrow located next to the Company bar. A list of companies you have access to will appear. Select the desired company from the list by clicking on it. Once selected, the corresponding logo for the chosen company should load above the Welcome message.

  3. Password: enter your password in the Password field on the second screen. Passwords are case-sensitive, so be sure to enter them with the correct capitalization!

Once your information is in place, hit Login!

Logging in by Name

There are four fields necessary when logging in by Name:

  1. First Name

  2. Last Name

  3. Company: the organization you're working for goes in the Company field on the second screen. Click into the field, start typing the name of your company, and then click the correct option from the suggestions that appear for the field.

If you have more than one company you can log in with, be sure to select the correct company from this list. The logo should load above the Welcome message for your selected company.

  4. Password: enter your password in the Password field on the second screen. Passwords are case sensitive, so be sure to enter them with the correct capitalization!

When logging in with the Name option, keep in mind the middle name field is not a required field. If you are having trouble logging in, you may want to ensure this field is blank.

Once your information is in place, hit Login!

Troubleshooting Login Issues

As with any login, there can be issues if things aren't completely accurate.
Some common login issues include:

  • Couldn't find your Workhub account:

This probably means either you've entered your email address incorrectly, or when it was entered by an Admin in your account the admin made a mistake. Double check the spelling of your email address and verify with your company that is the address they entered for your account.

It's also possible if this message is appearing that an admin has deactivated your profile within the company's account. If you normally had access to an account using that particular email/name, you can check with your company's admin to see if your account has been deactivated.

  • Company isn't listed in the Company list:

This usually occurs if your account hasn't yet been created with your company or there's a spelling error in the Company name as you've typed it in. Double check your spelling and make sure it's correct. If it's the first time you're logging in with the company, check with your admins and make sure your account has been created!

It's also possible that the Company Name within Workhub is a shortened version of your company's full title. You can check with your company admin to ensure you're entering the correct company name.

  • Company listed is incorrect:

If you've used Workhub in the past with a different company, sometimes the old company information can be a bit sticky and may populate the Company portion of your login process. To clear the company field and keep it from auto-populating any previous companies you've worked with, you'll need to clear your browser cache. Please see our Help article on clearing your cache to find steps on how to do so.

  • Password doesn't match:

This can occur if the password you entered isn't a match for what we have in the database, and often is the result of something simple like having your caps lock on or having missed a character. You can see what you've entered by clicking the eye symbol to reveal the password you've typed. Check that it's correct.

Choosing Reset My Password will send an email to the address for your account with prompts to create a new password to log in with.

  • Reset My Password email doesn't arrive:
If you aren't receiving the Password Reset email you've requested from the Reset My Password option, it could be that the email address for your Workhub account is different from the one you've entered. You can verify with an admin what email address is associated with your account.

It may also be the case that your email provider has flagged Workhub as a spam sender. You can check your Spam and Trash folders to see if the message was redirected to one of those inboxes rather than arriving in your main inbox.

If you are still having trouble logging in, feel free to send us an email at [email protected], use the orange question mark chat bubble in the bottom left of your dash, or reach us by phone at 1-888-668-6403.
