WorkerID is a Workhub-complementary program that allows you to see the compliance work you have completed in Workhub without having to log in! It's available for free download on computer or on your mobile device, and the information can be made available both online and offline, so you don't need to worry about not having internet access to let folks know you have your credentials and are ready to work.
If your organization is using Location Access screening, you can also use WorkerID to check in.
Accessing WorkerID can be done a couple of ways: through Workhub or through a standalone app. To download the app, you'll need to use the method through Workhub, so let's cover that first!
Accessing WorkerID through Workhub
To access WorkerID through Workhub, you need to login to your profile. After logging in, start on your Worker dash and click the WorkerID icon in the top right corner of your screen.
On mobile, you can tap the three dots in the top right corner and choose WorkerID.
After choosing the WorkerID option, you'll get a pop-up asking you if you would like to receive a link sent to your phone to allow you to access WorkerID, or if you would like to open WorkerID on your current device. You can choose whichever option makes sense for your situation.
If you send the link to your phone, you'll receive an SMS message (a text) from Workhub with a link to WorkerID.
If you have opted out of texts from Workhub, you will not receive this message. You can still navigate to workhub.com to open WorkerID on your device!
After clicking the link, you'll be directed to the WorkerID login screen.
If you choose Open WorkerID on this device, you will be directed to the WorkerID login page. On this page, you'll need to enter your email and password.
After entering your email, the screen should update to show you the logo for your organization (if one exists).
When both your email and password are in place, tap Login.
If you have more than one profile that use the same email address, you'll be prompted to choose which organization you want to login with. Tap the Company option and choose the correct option. Once you've chosen your company, tap Login.

Offline Capabilities
Opening WorkerID while you have a WiFi connection will populate all your compliance information
In WorkerID, you will start on a landing page with your information at the top. You should see your profile picture and name in the centre of the page, and your company logo should appear on the right side. In the top left corner, you'll see a QR code with the word Enlarge beneath it.
If you tap Enlarge, the top portion of the screen will expand to show a larger QR code and your work details, including your position, location, phone number, and email address.
The QR code at the top can be scanned by others, like your supervisor or a safety officer at a worksite. The QR code will direct the viewer to see a summary of your compliance.
Beneath your details, you will see a section called My WorkerID. In this section, you may see a couple of different options: My Compliance Abstract and Location Access.
Compliance Abstract
My Compliance Abstract outlines a summary of your compliance within Workhub. Anyone who scans your QR code will be able to see this info as well.

Tap My Compliance Abstract to see your summary. A list will populate your page, showing you all the items you have completed. They will be arranged under headers for each of the compliance components (Online Training, Certificates, Policies, Procedures, Competencies, and Orientations).
You can tap any of the headers (shown in a grey bar) to minimize or maximize a component. If you tap the arrow next to Name at the top of the list, the whole list will minimize to show only headers. You can then tap any header for easier viewing of specific items.
The default view will only show you items you have completed (compliant items only). However, if you want to see everything assigned to you, complete or not, you can tap the toggle at the top of the list. The list will then expand to show both Done and items To Do.
At the bottom of each list you will see an option to Go To Workhub and another option to Signout.
Tapping Go To Workhub will direct you to the login page for Workhub. If you are already logged in, you can hop right into whatever work you need to take on. If you aren't logged in, enter your credentials in the login screen to get started.
Tapping Signout will open a pop-up asking you to verify you want to log out. Any offline data you had handy will no longer be accessible, so you can choose to Confirm if you're sure you want to log out or you can choose Cancel if you want to retain your information.
