Downloading Submissions
Free subscribers will have watermarks on their ✧PDF Downloads
👥 Option 1: Worker Dashboard (Individual Downloads)
Use this option to download an inspection submitted by you, your direct reports, or all workers (depending on the visibility settings enabled by your administrator).
Go to the Inspections component.
Select the specific inspection template you want to view. This opens a list of submissions organized by asset or location.
Tip: Use the search bar to locate specific entries by typing the submitter's name or asset name. You can also click column headers to sort the list in ascending or descending order.
Click on the asset or location to open its specific submission history.
Select the exact submission entry you need.
Click the Download button in the top right corner.
Click Submission Printable PDF.
🛠️ Option 2: Admin Side (Individual or Bulk Downloads)
Administrators can download single submissions or perform bulk downloads to export multiple submissions at once.
⚠️ Plan Requirement
Bulk Downloading is exclusively available on the Standard Plan. Free accounts must download submissions one by one.
Bulk Downloading Submissions per Inspection Type
Inside the Inspections component, select the required Inspection Type.
Go to the Submissions tab.
Click the Download button.
Select Submission Export.
Apply filters to narrow your request if prompted.
Click Submit Request. A green confirmation indicator will appear at the bottom of your screen.
📥 Downloading Submissions from the Main Submissions Tab
This option allows you to pull a broader, system-wide set of records rather than viewing by a single inspection type.
From the main Inspections component, click directly on the overarching Submissions tab.
Use the search bar or apply as many filters as needed to narrow down your list.
Once your list displays your desired criteria, click the Download button.
Select Submission Export (To review the file delivery process, skip directly to the Processing and Retrieval section below)

📄 Individual Downloading from the Admin Side
If you only need a single submission from the Admin portal:
Navigate to the Submissions tab inside your chosen Inspection type.
Locate the entry using the list or the search bar.
Click Download, followed by Submission Printable PDF
🕒 Processing and Retrieval
Be Patient: Creating your ZIP archive can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours depending on the amount of data. Avoid submitting duplicate requests, as this slows down the system.
Email Notification: You will receive an automated email containing a download link for your ZIP file. It includes the download date and link expiration details.
Link Expiration: The download link is valid for 72 hours. If you do not download the file within this window, it will expire.
Security: The download email cannot be forwarded. It requires direct account validation.
Accessing the File: Click the blue button in the email to log into Workhub. Once your password is validated, click the arrow icon to download your file.
File Size: Final ZIP archives can range from several Megabytes to multiple Gigabytes. Click the download button only once to prevent system lag.
