All about Rewards Points

Setting up Rewards for your company.

We think our Rewards Program goes great with our Safety Software! We know that safety is not the most riveting topic or thing for your workers to do, so by making it even just a LITTLE rewarding we can hopefully ensure they will be excited to see that progress bar reach 100% (that’s the dream, right?).

Safety Reward points are basically just points that workers receive as they complete responsibilities in their account. Companies can customize which responsibilities make up these points like Online Courses, Policies, Forms, Procedures, Competencies, Orientation or Bulletins and they can also determine how many points to allocate to each component.

To get a fair idea of what this may cost per worker or annually, from your admin side, click on Rewards, then select the Cost Estimator tab.

On this layer, you can enter the number of workers in your company and then play around with inserting the amount of points you want to allocate to each module;

To set these Reward Points for a component like Online Courses for example, from your admin side click on Online Courses and choose the Settings tab.

On the bottom of the page, you will see two options relating to Rewards Points.

Select the number of points you want awarded to passed lesson quizzes and if you want these points to be applicable to only Required courses or Optional courses as well.

It is important to note that any changes to the amounts of points awarded per component will only apply from that point forward, it will not apply retroactively to already completed responsibilities. To setup Rewards for your company, click on Rewards>>Settings and toggle the button to enable it.
