You've placed an order on Workhub and you're pretty excited about receiving your goodies in some awesome packaging. So what do you do while waiting for your treats? Frantically refresh the tracking page of course! Let me show you how to find your tracking number so you can stalk your package and channel your inner Joe Goldberg.

From your worker dash, you'll want to click the recognition card to open up the Rewards page.

Then, click Points History.

This will open up a new page where you can see the status of your order.

If your order has been shipped, you will see the carrier it was shipped by and the tracking number. Clicking on this number will open up the carrier's website with your tracking information.

You may have orders that are pending approval as well. They might be pending admin approval, in which case you can ask your admin to go in and check this order.

An order with the status of Shipment Pending indicates our rewards team has received your order and is working on packing up your goods! Don't worry, it'll be on it's way to you pretty soon.
