Checking your Rewards order status

Curious where your rewards order is? This article will help you find your order details and tracking information.

You've placed an order on Workhub and you're pretty excited about receiving your goodies in some awesome packaging. So what do you do while waiting for your treats? Frantically refresh the tracking page of course! Let us show you how to find your tracking number so you can stalk your package and channel your inner Joe Goldberg.

From your Worker dash, you'll want to click the Rewards Catalog component to open up the Rewards page.

Then, click Point History along the top of your page.

This will open up a new page where you can see the status of your order, as well as any previous Point accumulations, redemptions, or other adjustments.

If your order has been shipped, you will see the carrier it was shipped by and the tracking number. Clicking on this number will open up the carrier's website with your tracking information.

You may have orders that are Pending Approval as well. If this is the case, your order will be pending admin approval. You can check with a supervisor or an admin with your company's Workhub account for any verification or clarification about the order.

An order with the status of Shipment Pending indicates our rewards team has received your order and is working on packing up your goods! Don't worry, it'll be on it's way to you pretty soon.
