Workhub is a mobile-friendly application, but you won't find it in any app stores. That's because Workhub is considered a progressive web application, meaning it's designed to be like an app for users, but is still built as a web-based platform.
To install a shortcut for Workhub on your smartphone, please follow the steps below.
There are a set of instructions for both Android phones and Apple iPhones.
Android Device:
If you go to app.workhub.com on a mobile device it will ask you if you wish to add the app to your homepage.
If this popup does not appear you can download the app from this page by clicking the download app button in your browser.
On the Samsung browser, clicking on the download arrow beside the URL will save the app to your phone.
In Google Chrome, click on the menu button (three vertical dots in the browser) and then on Install App.
You will then have an icon for Workhub added to your app library! It should look like this:
Apple Device:
Please go to app.workhub.com. A popup should appear asking if you wish to Add to Home Screen. Press the blue button to save it to your mobile device.
If the popup asking you to Save to the Homepage does not appear, click on the Share icon in your mobile browser's menu. The icon looks like a box with an arrow.
In the larger menu that appears, click on Add to Home Screen.
Your iPhone will then ask you to confirm that you wish to add the app to your home screen. Click the Add button
You should then see a shortcut in your app library for Workhub!
