How to create a new Procedure

Create or add a new procedure.

From the Admin dashboard, click on the Procedures icon. 

Click on the "Add New" button located in the top right corner and choose "Procedure" from the options.

The following screen will require you to add a Procedure Name and upload an editable text, PDF, or a YouTube Video for the procedure. You can also add the Section Number to ensure the Procedure is correctly categorized in the list, as well as set the required Time for workers to review the procedure before they are considered compliant.

You can also create your JHA in Workhub. Select the Job Hazard Analysis tab. Select the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) from the provided list and indicate the original and mitigated risk. Click on "Add Step" to add each step of the JHA.

You can then upload an image and description of the step. Enter the Hazard and Control information, and set the risk levels using the provided charts. Select any other applicable criteria and click "Save Step" in the top-right corner of the page.
