From the Admin portal, click on the Procedures icon.
Then click Add New in the top right corner, and select Procedure.
The following screen will require you to add a Procedure Name, and upload a PDF or a Youtube Video for the procedure. You can also add the Section Number to ensure the Procedure shows correctly on the list, as well as setting the Study Time a worker must review the procedure for before they are considered Compliant.
You can also create your JHA on Workhub. Select the Job Hazard Analysis tab. You'll be able to select from a list of PPE, as well as the original/mitigated risk. Click Add Step on the page.
You can then upload an image and description of the step. Enter your Hazard and Control, and you're also able to set your risk levels up by clicking on the respective charts. Select any other criteria that applies, and click Save Step on the top-right.
