From the Admin portal, click Forms
Click on Submitted Forms and then select a form you want to assign an Action Item too. Near the bottom of the page, you will see an option to Add Action Item, clicking on this will bring you to a screen where you can add the details of the Action Item.
You can add in the Date, Priority, Deficiency Hazard/ and Corrective Action/Control.
The Administrator will now get a notification that it's been submitted. Click on the Action Item again, and a Sign Off button will be located on the bottom. Once signed off, the record will be archived.
