From the Admin dashboard, click on the Other Forms Component
Navigate to the Submitted Forms tab and choose the specific form to which you want to assign an Action Item. Once you have selected the form, you'll find the Add button to add an Action Item option located at the bottom right corner of the page. Clicking on this option will direct you to a screen where you can provide the necessary details for the Action Item.
You can add in the Status, Due Date, Priority, Deficiency, and Corrective Action. You could also choose to notify the worker by Email or SMS by toggling the notification button.
