First you will need to have received a scratch card and scratched the little "SCRATCH HERE!" sticker - we hope this was at least a little bit of fun for you. It should look something like this:
Head to your Recognition tile on your dashboard:
Then click Redeem Scratch Cards in the top right:
There will be a box to enter the point value and ID number. Select Claim Points, and they'll be added to your account!
