Scratch cards are a cost-effective way to complement your company incentive program. It's a simple but fun way for workers to really embrace safety culture (we all enjoy a little recognition!).
The cards come in three different values, so you're able to work them into your budget ahead of time. The values are as follows:
Scratch cards can be ordered through the Admin side of the portal, located in the Scratch cards Component.
In the Order Details Section, the cards can be ordered as a single set, or in multiple sets. Additionally, there is an option to include a Wallet to accompany the Scratch cards.
In the Customizer Section, the cards can be personalized to align with your Company's colors and your personal preferences. You have the option to insert your Logo, change the background color and pattern, and even add a custom message to the card.
The Assignments Section is totally optional, here, you are able to assign these cards to specific workers for better tracking.
The Preview tab located on the right side of the screen, provides a preview of the customized card and a summary of the order, including the product, quantity, and cost. Once you are satisfied with your order, you can click the Place Order Icon at the bottom right of the page. After placing your order, you will be prompted to enter your shipping details.
You might be wondering what a good time to hand them out would be. It will be more company specific, but we have some suggestions to make things a little easier!
Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment

Identifying (and/or controlling) a hazard
Proving competency at a particular task
Participating in a critical behavior observation

So, your employees have received a card, now what? There will be a box for them to scratch which contains the amount of points the card is worth, along with an ID. Each ID is company specific, so you don't need to worry about employees bringing cards over from their old company. On their Portal, they'll click Scratch Cards, then Redeem Points. Once they enter the ID number and the Points Value, the points will be added to their account.
