The Workhub system tracks all emails generated by the system and sent to a user (employee). This "correspondence" information can be used to confirm compliance reminders, account creation, and other email correspondence with the worker.
From your Admin portal, click on Workers, then select a worker you want to review correspondence for.
Navigate to the Correspondence tab and this will show you a detailed list of correspondence in order of date.
The Correspondence tab includes the message type, date and time sent, the user (administrator) that sent the email, and the email address it was sent to.
