How to cancel a rewards order

Do you need to cancel your rewards order? Maybe you were browsing our rewards catalog and decided to purchase something late night or maybe you found something else you like better. We've been there, and we've made it simple to cancel your order!

Orders can only be cancelled by you as a worker before your admin has approved your redemption request. After that approval, you can still request to cancel the order but it's then up to our Rewards team to process. If you are late enough in the process, that item may already have shipped and we cannot cancel shipper orders!

To cancel, your redemption request, start on your Worker dash and click into the

Orders component.

In your Orders Component, you should see a card for your order. It should include a date, the rewards order number, the item(s) you redeemed for, the number of points redeemed, and the status of the order.

To cancel your order, select it, then click the three dots at the right side and select Cancel Item.

A pop-up will appear for you to confirm your cancellation. If you are sure you want to cancel the item, click Cancel Item. If you decide you'd like to keep the item as part of the order, click Back.

After cancelling the item, you will be returned to your Points History list. You will be reimbursed the point value for the item you have cancelled from your order. It might take a minute or two for the reimbursement line to appear.

Each item in your order will have its own line if you need to cancel by each. If you want to cancel all items in your order, be sure to choose Cancel All items by clicking the three dots in the Order Items Line.
